"Hi, I'm Roberta "Bobbie" Knox, founder, strategist, U.S. Veteran, and the creator of The Apex Suite, a private business building collective for serious women entrepreneurs.
I established The Apex Suite to create an environment where serious women engage in rigorous dialogue, build real infrastructure, and construct companies designed for longevity. It operates at the intersection of strategic thinking, operational clarity, and curated proximity bringing founders together through selective engagements and global in-person gatherings.
As a U.S. Army veteran, I spent eight years developing the discipline that now forms my approach to leadership and building. Military service instilled in me a commitment to execution under pressure and long-range strategic thinking, principles embedded in everything The Apex Suite demands of itself and the women inside it.
Over the past decade, I have built and scaled businesses, navigated reinvention, and worked alongside women defining new chapters of leadership. Through those experiences, one belief became clear: ambition alone is insufficient. Structure determines sustainability.
The Apex Suite was built in response to that reality.
